Entrepreneurship, Linux, and Ruby
About Me

World Electronic Music Festival, 2008
My name is Logan Koester. I'm a Boston-based web developer, event promoter and entrepreneur. There was a time when I thought PHP would save the day, but truth be told it's a few clowns short of the circus. Lately I prefer to spend my time with Ruby (on or off Rails).
I care too much about open source, prefer Ubuntu Linux, love web standards, tinker with microformats, script anything I might ever have to do twice, twitter 24/7, and hate mayonnaise.
I spend a lot of time checking out new tech, be it cloud computing, jQuery plugins, Ruby gems, CSS frameworks, web services or anything else I think might make life a little easier. I like to share my discoveries, which is where this blog comes in (don't ask where it comes out).
